Regulations and Policies of the hotels EXTENDED SUITES

At Reception you will be able to consult in more detail our rules, policies and other important documents. Make sure you check them once you get there.

Rules:

Violation of one of the following rules may result in the Guest's eviction:

  • Any matter involving the Suite with the police
  • Possession of illegal substances.
  • Possession of firearms.
  • Consume intoxicating beverages in the public areas of the facilities.
  • Leaving a minor without adult supervision
  • Disorderly conduct, loud music, or parties in the Suite.
  • Unsanitary conditions.
  • Leaving trash in unauthorized areas.
  • Leave the door of the Suite open.
  • Remove safety stops on windows.
  • Post signs, lights, or clothing in windows.
  • Parking in unauthorized places.
  • Wash, repair, or advertise cars on property.
  • Blow the horn in the parking lot.
  • Park utility trailers in the parking lot.
  • Feed street animals.
  • Keep animals of any kind, except assistance animals for the disabled.
  • Use skates, skateboards or bicycles in the halls or parking lot.
  • Leaving the suite without a shirt or shoes.
  • Smoking inside the rooms which is not permitted since all rooms are non-smoker areas according with the applicable laws

Register

To register you need:

  • Prepayment. (We accept all cards).
  • Sign the registration form / Occupation Agreement.
  • Present an official photo ID for each adult (18 years and older).

SCHEDULES FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES

The rates shown in the rate rack are per room type.

Children under 12 years of age do not pay for lodging, but are counted towards the maximum occupancy.

For each extra person there is a cost of $150 MXN + taxes per person (respecting the occupancy limit per room type).

Once the maximum number of people per room is exceeded, a room will have to be rented for the amount of the room plus the cost of the extra person.

For non-refundable rates, no changes or cancellations apply.

In case of no-show, the full stay will be charged.

Rates are subject to change without prior notice and can be consulted at the time of booking.

SCHEDULES FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES

  • The outdoor pool can be used from 09:00 am to 20:00 hrs every day of the week. It is a cigarette smoke free zone.
  • The gym is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is a smoke-free zone.
  • The laundry where you can wash your clothes yourself when you need it, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For its use it is necessary Tokens (please request reports at reception).

Deep Cleaning Model

Our environmental responsibility is associated with our cleaning operation, so it consists of 1 modality for your stay: In the entire suite on the seventh day of your stay. If you require cleaning before the indicated time, it will cost $ 230 MXN. Ask at reception. Remember to place your waste in the garbage cans located on each level of the hotel.

Access key to our facilities and rooms

Our building is controlled by intelligent and electronic security systems, each access is controlled by electronic proximity sheets.

How to use your access key?

Bring your key closer to the reader, hold it for 4 seconds, the sensor will light up green giving you access, push and pull the door to enter.

REMEMBER TO HAND OVER THE KEY AT RECEPTION WHEN YOUR RESERVATION IS FINISHED.

a) Basic kit--$115 pesos with VAT

b) Kit plus---$300 pesos with VAT

Includes:

  • 1 aluminum frying pan 20 cm
  • 1 extended melamine plate 22.86 cm
  • 1 melamine soup bowl
  • 1 polycarbonate glass 355 ml
  • 1 tablespoon
  • 1 Fork
  • 1 Knife
  • 1 Turner

c) Couple kit---$370 pesos with VAT

Includes:

  • 1 aluminum frying pan 20 cm
  • 2 Extended Plates 22.86 cm
  • 2 polycarbonate glasses 355 ml
  • 2 tablespoons
  • 2 Forks
  • 2 Knives
  • 1 Turner

d)Token for washer or dryer-- $60 pesos with VAT (cost per equipment)

e) Extra Cleaning--$230 pesos with VAT (for those cases in which it requires cleaning before the seventh day of stay.

Occupancy limits

  • Standard Suite Q: Maximum occupancy of up to 2 people.
  • Double Suite QQ: Maximum occupancy of up to 4 people.
  • Sofa Suite (ADA) Accessible: Maximum occupancy of up to 3 people.
  • Children under 12 years old do not pay for accommodation, but are taken into account for the maximum occupancy.

Payment Method

We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) and debit cards. We don’t accept personal checks, the registration of companies with guarantee letter, must be previously authorized by Extended Suites. Each guest is fully responsible for paying all fees, taxes and fees associated with the Suite in which the guest is registered.

Guarantee for incidents/damages

Incident/Damage Warranty

A guarantee deposit in the amount of $ 800 MXN is required in the case of incidents / damages that the room may present for damages or incidents. This deposit is refundable upon check-out, subject to compliance with the following: Successful inspection of the suite Confirmation that there are no outstanding extra charges. Each guest is fully responsible for any damage done to the suite in which they are registered. In case of damage to any property of the hotel, the guest is obliged to pay the damage caused based on the table of replacement costs for damage, whose cost depends on the damage (see table of replacement costs).

Satisfactory suite inspection

Confirmation that there are no extra charges pending payment.

Each guest is fully responsible for any damage done to the suite they are checked into.

In the event of damage to any hotel property, the guest is obliged to pay for the damage caused based on the table of replacement costs for damage, the details of which are as follows:

Pets

Pets are not accepted at Extended Suites. If they appear in the room, they will be removed by a competent authority. Only service animals that have been previously trained to help a person with a disability are accepted. The guest is responsible for keeping the service animal under supervision at all times and must ensure that it is not a threat to the safety and/or health of other guests.

Internet

Your security is important to us, therefore, we offer you a wireless internet service with the best WPA2-Enterprise security.

The equipment and Wi-Fi network are the property of EXTENDED SUITES, so at no time are you allowed to disconnect the equipment or reconfigure the Wi-Fi network. If detected, this act will be grounds for immediate eviction.

Environmental responsibility

The environment is important to us, therefore, your Suite is equipped with water and energy saving accessories. We ask for your support to help us minimize the consumption of these natural resources.

Report problems

If you experience any problem, please report it immediately to Reception so we can solve it as soon as possible. If there is a problem in the Suite that cannot be solved and the guest decides to leave, the Hotel will refund the rate for the unused nights. No fee will be refunded if the guest leaves without notifying Hotel staff of any problem.

Hotel Responsibility Policy

EXTENDED SUITES will not be responsible for the loss, damage or destruction of any personal valuables brought to the facilities, including but not limited to money, jewelry, clothing, valuable documents, among others.

Safety

For your safety, we inform you of the following:

The company is not responsible for loss of valuables or documents left in the room or inside your car. We recommend always carrying any valuables with you.

In each suite there is a fire extinguisher for any emergency.

Parking is free, but it is the guest's responsibility to lock and secure their vehicle. We are not responsible for damage to vehicles or theft within it.

At the entrance to the Suites there is an evacuation map in case of emergency.

Early departures

In the event that the guest decides to check out early, the previously paid rate will not be refunded.

Late departure

Check-out time for the Suite is 12:00 hrs (noon). If the guest does not vacate the Suite at that time, the equivalent of the cost of one night's stay plus taxes will be charged.

Forgotten items

Any items left behind or left in the Suite will be available at the Front Desk for a period of 30 days. At the end of this period, the items will be disposed of or donated to a charitable organization.

Host behavior

The guest accepts and agrees to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner at all times, and must refrain from engaging in any activity or conduct that may be annoying, offensive, illegal, dangerous or that threatens the integrity of other guests, employees or the Hotel's property. Any violation of this policy will result in immediate termination of occupancy without refund.

Property damage

The guest will be responsible for any damage caused to Hotel property, including but not limited to damage to the Suite, furniture, equipment and common areas. The cost of damages will be charged to the credit card provided at check-in.

Modifications to policies

EXTENDED SUITES reserves the right to modify these policies at any time without prior notice. It is the guest's responsibility to review these policies periodically to be informed of any changes.
