What is the check-in and check-out schedule?
In order to access your room, we invite you to Check in starting at 3:00 p.m. on the day of your reservation. Remember that if for any reason your arrival at the hotel is after that time, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance.
If your reservation is made with the “Pay at the hotel” option, it will be subject to cancellation if it is not paid by 3:00 PM (your check-in time).
The Check Out time is at 12:00 p.m.
Do you have Internet?
Yes, we have high-speed internet at no cost.
How does the cleaning service work?
We have a deep cleaning service every 7 days. This allows us to offer you the best rate in the market. If you require it, you can choose to add daily cleaning service to your rate at an additional cost.
Does parking have any cost?
Parking is free for our guests for the duration of their stay.
What levels of security does the hotel have?
We have more than 30 closed circuit cameras which are monitored throughout the day, distributed throughout the hotel. In addition, to access the different areas of the hotel and the rooms, we use state-of-the-art proximity keys. We are connected with authorities in each state with very fast response times.
Is your hotel ECO-FRIENDLY?
Our hotel is environmentally friendly, that is why our cleaning model reduces the indiscriminate use of soaps and chemicals. We care about recycling waste and taking care of the green areas of our hotel and its surroundings.
Is your hotel smoke-free?
The entire building is 100% smoke-free.
What is the minimum length of stay?
We are the perfect place for short and long stays, whether you stay for a day, a week, or a year with us you will find the best rates and the comfort of home. Check our rates according to the location of your interest at: Destinations.
What requirements do I need to check in?
You need to present an official photo identification (only for adults over 18 years old) and be the holder of the reservation.
Is it allowed to bring pets?
No, for the comfort and rest of our guests, we do not allow pets to access our facilities. The only case under which we make exceptions is by presenting a medical certificate signed and stamped by the treating physician, stating that a companion pet is required. Please call the hotel directly where you wish to stay, to confirm that we have this facility for the days you need to make a reservation with us.
Do you have any offers or promotions?
Regularly, we offer promotions for our different destinations, throughout the year, which you can redeem by booking directly through this means or by calling our Call Center at 800 – 3983633.
Do you have special rates for companies or groups?
Yes, we have agreement rates with which we guarantee the same rate throughout the contract year, to travel to the destinations you need.
