What to do in Mérida?
Mérida, the capital of the state of Yucatán, is known for its vibrant culture and colonial architecture. Its variety of museums, such as the Casa de Montejo Museum or the Great Museum of the Maya World, offer a deep insight into its rich history. Additionally, you can enjoy the best traditional Yucatecan cuisine. For the more adventurous, a must-visit are the Ik Kil and X’batun cenotes where you can take a dip.
