This paragraph describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the content, products and/or services of the Extended Family website owned by Extended Suites S.A. de C.V.

To make use of the content, products and/or services of the website the user shall be subject to these terms and conditions.

The object is to regulate the access and use of the content, products and/or services available to the general public in the domain https://www.extendedsuites.com.mx

The owner reserves the right to make any modifications to the website at any time and without prior notice, the user accepts such modifications.

IV. REQUIREMENTS TO BE A FAMILY EXTENDED USER, TYPES OF MEMBERSHIPS & BENEFITS

To be applicable to such benefit, the user must register through the page https://www.extendedsuites.com.mx in the Extended Family program (Loyalty Plan) in which the following information is requested:

-Have an email address and Facebook or Google user account

-Provide your personal information such as name, company name (if applicable), billing information such as your current tax status. The information provided is treated in accordance with the privacy notice.

-Once enrolled in the Loyalty Plan, you have the benefit of a 10% discount (applies to the rate shown on the website).

Three types of memberships are available, namely:

Extended Family Membership Policies. - Extended Suites

Exceptions:

  • Not applicable for companies or groups with an agreement.

Once registered, to validate the benefit, you must:

  • Make the reservation online
  • Membership plans are focused on providing benefits to guests who wish to join these plans.
  • These plans are applicable at any of the 11 Extended Suites properties located in the Mexican Republic.
  • Every time you move up a level, an informative email will be automatically sent to the guest about the change of level.
  • Applies to stay nights at all Extended Suites locations
  • You move up a category between each membership, as long as you comply with:
    • The minimum night requirement for the specified time period. If not met within that time period, benefits are lost and the membership cycle or process starts again.
    • Discount applies when payment is made in one installment with no reservation restrictions to count the first discount.
    • If the requirements of the established time are not met, it will not be possible to advance to the next level.
    • For it to be applicable to the promotion, it must be Payment at the Hotel.
    • Does not apply to months without interest or other promotions.
    • Reservation can be modified or canceled at no charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
    • If not notified within 24 hours of arrival, subsequent cancellations or no-shows are penalized with the first night of the reservation.

The benefits by type of membership are as follows:

a) Extended Family Silver

  • The 61st night is free
  • Additional 12% discount on the reservation cost (based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites website),
  • 2 bottles of 500 ml Water *
  • 2 tokens**(for laundry use)
  • Early check-in is at 02:00 pm (subject to room availability at the property)
  • Late check-out is at 1:00 pm, (subject to room availability at the property)

Clarifications:

The water bottles are per stay, on the seventh day of the stay, the cleaning will be done and the availability of water bottles will be replenished.

The provided token is per stay, corresponding to two tokens per stay.

The early check-in and late check-out (subject to availability at the property)

It is cumulative per reservation, not per account

b) Extended Family Golden

  • The 81st night is free
  • Additional 15% discount on the reservation cost (based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites website)
  • 2 bottles of 500 ml Water
  • 2 tokens (for laundry use)
  • Early check-in is at 02:00 pm (subject to room availability at the property)
  • Late check-out is at 1:00 pm, (subject to room availability at the property)
  • Cleaning twice every 7 days (1 Stay Clean Cleaning plus the corresponding one on the 7th day of stay, not applicable for reservations for less than 7 days)

Clarifications:

The water bottles are per stay.

The provided token is per stay.

The check-in as well as the check-out (subject to availability at the property).

It is cumulative per reservation, not per account.

c) Extended Family Platinum

  • The 101st night is free
  • Additional 20% discount on the reservation cost (based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites website)
  • 2 bottles of 500 ml Water *
  • 2 tokens** (for laundry use)
  • Early check-in is at 02:00 pm (subject to room availability at the property)
  • Late check-out is at 1:00 pm, (subject to room availability at the property)
  • Cleaning twice every 7 days (1 Stay Clean Cleaning plus the corresponding one on the 7th day of stay, not applicable for reservations for less than 7 days)
  • Kitchen Kit with 50% discount******

Clarifications:

The water bottles are per stay.

The provided token is per stay.

Both check-in and check-out depending on availability at the property.

On the third day of your stay, the stay clean cleaning will be done in the room.

Any kitchen kit can be purchased with a 50% discount. One kit per stay applies.

Note: All these benefits are not cumulative. In the case of the free night, it is subject to property availability. The Rate Plan is based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites website.

V.- CANCELLATION OF LOYALTY PLAN

The Loyalty Plan is canceled for the following situations:

a) The client requests cancellation via Whatsapp or email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx confirming the cancellation of the membership. Once the request is received, follow-up will be given by an executive within 24 hours confirming the cancellation.

b) When there is no update on reservations by the guest within 1 year from the day of registration to the loyalty plan. An executive will contact the client informing about the cancellation to confirm if they are still interested in any of the memberships.

c) When the client has violated any of the stay rules for any reason.

Note: Once a membership is canceled, the client can request its renewal via WhatsApp or email indicating the renewal. Once the information is received, an executive will contact you within 48 hours to provide personalized attention.

VI.- Customer Service

The customer has the following support points:

a) On-Site, there is 24-hour reception staff 7 days a week who can provide assistance and receive feedback on the service and facilities;

b) Via WhatsApp from Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 18:00 where an executive will assist in providing information about the loyalty plan, the services provided, or any complaints or feedback about the service

c) By email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx to inquire about reservations or by email direccion@extendedsuites.com.mx where attention is given within 48 hours by management in response to complaints or feedback.

VII.- Rights and Obligations

Once the customer is enrolled in one of the memberships, they will have the benefits indicated according to the type of membership.

It should be noted that benefits such as Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability on-site.

The customer must read the terms and conditions of the membership plans.

Once the customer is on-site enjoying the benefits of the membership type, they must respect the stay rules indicated on the registration form. In case of non-compliance with any of the stay rules, action will be taken as indicated on the registration form.

VIII. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION

In accordance with the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, the owner undertakes to take the necessary measures to guarantee the security of the user, preventing the misuse of the personal data provided by the user on the website.

The owner will verify that the personal data contained in the databases are correct, true, and up-to-date, as well as being used only for the purpose for which they were collected.

The use of personal data will be limited to what is provided in the Privacy Notice available at https://www.extendedsuites.com.mx/en/privacy-policy/.

Extended Suites reserves the right to make any modifications to the Privacy Notice at any time and without prior notice, according to their needs or changes in applicable legislation, the user accepts such modifications.

The website uses cookies which are small amounts of information stored in the browser used by the user such as login data, user preferences, date and time of access to the website, sites visited, and IP address, this information is anonymous and will only be used to improve the website. Cookies facilitate navigation and make it more user-friendly, however, the user can disable them at any time from their browser with the understanding that this may affect some functions of the website.

IX. LINK POLICY

The website may contain links to other internet sites owned by third parties for which the owner is not responsible.

X. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY POLICY

The owner declares to have the intellectual and industrial property rights of the website including images, audio or video files, logos, trademarks, colors, structures, fonts, designs, and other elements that distinguish it, protected by Mexican and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

The user agrees to respect the industrial and intellectual property rights of the owner, being able to view the elements of the website, store them, copy them, and print them exclusively for personal use.

XI. APPLICABLE LEGISLATION AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between the user and the owner will be governed by the laws applicable in Mexico.

Extended Suites is not responsible for the misuse of the content, products, and/or services of the website and the non-compliance with these terms and conditions.

Exceptions:

  • Not applicable for companies or groups with an agreement.

Once registered, in order for the benefit to be valid, it must:

  • Make the reservation online
  • Membership plans are focused on providing benefits to guests who wish to join these plans.
  • These plans are applicable at any of the 11 Extended Suites properties located in Mexico.
  • Each time a level is upgraded, an informative email will be automatically sent to the guest about the change in level.
  • Applies the nights of stay at all Extended Suites locations.
  • You move up in category between each membership, as long as you meet:
    • The minimum night requirement for the specified period of time. If not met within that time period, benefits are lost and the cycle or process of membership types starts over.
    • Discount applies when payment is made in a single payment without reservation restrictions in order to count for the first discount.
    • If the requirements of the specified time are not met, it will not be possible to advance to the next level.
    • In order for the promotion to apply, it must be Payment at the Hotel.
    • Does not apply to interest-free installment payments or other promotions.
    • Reservations can be modified or canceled free of charge up to 24 hours before arrival.
    • If no notification is given before 24 hours of arrival, subsequent cancellations or no-shows will be penalized with the first night of the reservation.

The benefits by type of membership are as follows:

a) Extended Family Silver

  • The 61st night is free
  • 12% additional discount on the reservation cost (based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites website),
  • 2 bottles of 500 ml Water *
  • 2 tokens**( laundry tokens)
  • Early check-in is at 02:00 pm (subject to room availability at the property)
  • Late check-out is at 1:00 pm (subject to room availability at the property)

Clarifications:

The water bottles are per stay, on the seventh day of stay, cleaning will be done and water bottles will be available again.

The provided token is per stay, corresponding to two tokens per stay.

It is cumulative per reservation, not per account

  • Late check-out is at 1:00 pm (subject to room availability at the property)
  • Cleaning twice every 7 days (1 Stay Clean cleaning plus the one on the 7th day of stay, not applicable for stays of less than 7 days)

  • Cleaning twice every 7 days (1 Stay Clean cleaning plus the one on the 7th day of stay, not applicable for stays of less than 7 days)
  • Kitchen Kit with a 50% discount******

Clarifications:

The water bottles are per stay.

The provided token is per stay.

Both check-in and check-out, subject to availability at the property.

On the third day of your stay, the room will be cleaned with Stay Clean.

Any kitchen kit can be purchased at a 50% discount. Applies to one kit per stay.

Note: All these benefits are not cumulative. In the case of a free night, it is subject to property availability. The Rate Plan is based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites website.

V.- CANCELLATION OF LOYALTY PLAN

The Loyalty Plan is canceled for the following situations:

a) The customer requests cancellation via WhatsApp or email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx confirming the cancellation of the membership. Once the request is received, an executive will follow up within 24 hours confirming the cancellation.

b) When there is no update of reservations by the guest within 1 year counting from the day of registration to the loyalty plan. An executive will contact the customer, informing them prior to the cancellation in order to verify if the customer is still interested in any of the memberships.

c) When the customer has infringed any of the stay rules due to a situation.

Note: Once a membership is canceled, the customer can request its renewal via WhatsApp or email indicating the renewal. Once the information is received, an executive will contact the customer within 48 hours to provide personalized attention.

VI.- Customer Service

The customer has the following support points:

a) On Site, there is 24-hour reception personnel 7 days a week who can provide assistance and receive comments about the service and facilities;

b) Via WhatsApp from Monday to Friday from 08:00 am to 06:00 pm where an executive will provide assistance on loyalty plan queries, services provided, or any complaints or comments about the service

c) By email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx to clarify reservations as well as by email direccion@extendedsuites.com.mx where attention is provided within 48 hours by the management for complaints or comments.

VII.- Rights and Obligations

Once the customer is enrolled in one of the memberships, they will have the benefits indicated according to the type of membership.

It should be noted that benefits such as Early Check-In and Late Check-Out are subject to availability on-site.

The client must read the terms and conditions of the membership plans.

Once the customer is on-site enjoying the benefits of the membership type, they must respect the stay rules indicated on the registration form. In case of non-compliance with any of the stay rules, the procedure will be carried out as indicated on the registration form.

VIII. PRIVACY POLICY AND DATA PROTECTION
