Regulations and Policies of the hotels EXTENDED SUITES

At Reception you will be able to consult in more detail our rules, policies and other important documents. Make sure you check them once you get there.

Rules:
Violation of one of the following rules may result in the Guest's eviction
• Any matter involving the Suite with the police.
• Possession of illegal substances.
• Possession of firearms.
• Consume intoxicating beverages in the public areas of the facilities.
• Leaving a minor without adult supervision
• Disorderly conduct, loud music, or parties in the Suite.
• Unsanitary conditions.
• Leaving trash in unauthorized areas.
• Leave the door of the Suite open.
• Remove safety stops on windows.
• Post signs, lights, or clothing in windows.
• Parking in unauthorized places.
• Wash, repair, or advertise cars on property.
• Blow the horn in the parking lot.
• Park utility trailers in the parking lot.
• Feed street animals.
• Keep animals of any kind, except assistance animals for the disabled.
• Use skates, skateboards or bicycles in the halls or parking lot.
• Leaving the suite without a shirt or shoes.
• Smoking inside the rooms which is not permitted since all rooms are non-smoker areas according with the applicable laws

Registro

To register you need:
• Prepayment. (We accept all cards).
• Sign the registration form / Occupation Agreement.
• Present an official photo ID for each adult (18 years and older).

SCHEDULES FOR THE USE OF FACILITIES

*The outdoor pool can be used from 09:00 am to 20:00 hrs every day of the week. It is a cigarette smoke free zone.
*The gym is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. It is a smoke-free zone.
*The laundry where you can wash your clothes yourself when you need it, is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week. For its use it is necessary Tokens (please re
quest reports at reception). It is a cigarette smoke free zone.
*Minimarket is available 24 hours a day, seven days a week where you can buy snacks, personal care items and necessities (please ask for reports at reception).

Deep Cleaning Model

Our environmental responsibility is associated with our cleaning operation, so it consists of 1 modality for your stay: In the entire suite on the seventh day of your stay. If you require cleaning before the indicated time, it will cost $ 230 MXN. Ask at reception. Remember to place your waste in the garbage cans located on each level of the hotel.

Access key to our facilities and rooms
Our building is controlled by intelligent and electronic security systems, each access is controlled by electronic proximity sheets.
How to use your access key?
Bring your key closer to the reader, hold it for 4 seconds, the sensor will light up green giving you access, push and pull the door to enter.
If you have doubts, please go to reception where they will give you support.

REMEMBER TO HAND OVER THE KEY AT RECEPTION WHEN YOUR RESERVATION IS FINISHED.

Rates

Rates:
Rates shown on the rate rack are per room type. Children under 12 years old do not pay accommodation, but are taken into account for the maximum occupancy. For each extra person has a cost of $ 150 MXN + taxes per person (respecting the occupancy limit by room type). Once the maximum number of people per room is exceeded, a room will have to be rented by paying the amount of the room plus the cost of the extra person. For non-refundable rates, no changes or cancellations apply. In case of no-show, the entire stay will be charged. Rates are subject to change without notice and may be consulted at the time of booking.

d)Token for washer or dryer-- $60 pesos with VAT (cost per equipment)

e) Extra Cleaning--$230 pesos with VAT (for those cases in which it
requires cleaning before the seventh day of stay.

Occupancy limits

Single Room (Q): Maximum occupancy of up to 2 people.
Double Suite (QQ): Maximum occupancy of up to 4 people.
Handicap Suite (ADA): Maximum occupancy of up to 3 people.
Children don´t pay accommodation but are taken into account for maximum occupancy.

Payment Method

We accept cash, credit cards (VISA, MasterCard and American Express) and debit cards. We don’t accept personal checks, the registration of companies with guarantee letter, must be previously authorized by Extended Suites. Each guest is fully responsible for paying all fees, taxes and fees associated with the Suite in which the guest is registered.

Guarantee for incidents/damages

Incident/Damage Warranty
A guarantee deposit in the amount of $ 800 MXN is required in the case of incidents / damages that the room may present for damages or incidents. This deposit is refundable upon check-out, subject to compliance with the following: Successful inspection of the suite Confirmation that there are no outstanding extra charges. Each guest is fully responsible for any damage done to the suite in which they are registered. In case of damage to any property of the hotel, the guest is obliged to pay the damage caused based on the table of replacement costs for damage, whose cost depends on the damage (see table of replacement costs).


Check in/Check out Schedules

The guest will check the furniture and amenities of the room. The suite will be check at the check out, in case of any damage of any missing amenities, the guest will pay the amount that the General Manager consider.
Check out time will be before 12:00 pm. The occupant's stay will be terminate after check out for all legal purposes, therefore the Occupant will be relieved from any collection right.
When the stay ends, the guest must hand in his key at the reception, in case of loss the corresponding amount will be charged.
In the event that protection of belongings applies, Extended Suites does not assume responsibility for theft, damage and/or loss of the guest's belongings.
Any property forgotten in the property will have a storage time of 1 month, once that period has expired, the property will be destroyed

Pets

To be consistent with our Guests' experience, pets are not allowed in Extended Suites with the exception of guide dogs.

Safety

At Extended Suites, we take your peace of mind and security very seriously. The whole hotel is smoke-free. If you want to smoke, you can smoke outside the hotel.

Changes and cancellations policy

Any change or cancellation of your reservation must be requested by phone 800 398 3633 at least 24 hours prior to arrival at the hotel. You must provide your hotel confirmation number.
2. If the change or cancellation is not made in the time and manner mentioned above, the charge for one night plus taxes per room reserved will be made to the credit card with which the reservation is guaranteed.
3. The hotel will verify with the issuing bank of the credit card 24 hours before the arrival of the guest. If said pre-verification is not approved, the reservation will be considered as Not Guaranteed and the Hotel is not obliged to respect the stay thereof.
4. For stays of more than one night, if the guest does not show up at the hotel, the "No Show" charge will apply only for the first night per room booked plus tax to the credit card with which the reservation is guaranteed.
5. When applying a "Non-refundable" rate, the cancellation policy is invalidated.
By applying a "Non-refundable" rate, the hotel may charge the total amount of the reservation from the time it has been made.

Billing Policies

BILLING

Committed to offering better care during your stay, the invoice for your stay will be issued at the time of checkout. Extended appreciates your support to have your current Tax Situation Certificate in order to provide the corresponding data to issue your invoice at our reception. The necessary tax data are listed below: -Full name -RFC -Zip code -Tax Regime -Email It is important that you are aware that after checking out you can no longer issue an invoice.

In the event that the Client does not request an invoice for the service, the service will be charged to the bill of the general public as established by law. Once this is done, it will not be possible to request an invoice later.
It is very important to mention that once the invoice is issued there are no changes, please pay special attention to any observation or requirement before requesting it.

The invoice will be requested in the reception area of ​​the Extended Suites hotels, if the reservation was made through our official page and call center or, failing that, directly in the reservation channel on the day of Check-Out. One day later the customer will receive their electronic invoice.
Only in the event that the Check Out is on a weekend or non-business days, the invoice will be sent on the following Monday or the following business day.

If the Client will request partial invoices before he performs his Check-Out, he will be notified at the time he is invoiced, that since he will not be able to make any cancellation of the nights that remain to be enjoyed.
When the Client requests divided invoices, only full nights can be divided, the invoice cannot be divide into ½ stay. That is, if two people stay for 5 days, one person will be billed for 3 nights and the other for 2 nights.
In the event that a Client who reserves a room at the weekly rate and then decides to change to the daily rate, this change will only be possible as long as the room has not been billed. When the Client who is staying has an agreement with Extended Suites, weekly or fortnightly cuts will be made to bill the Client.

100% Smoke-Free Zone

In compliance with the reform of the General Law for Tobacco Control and its regulations, whose objective is the regulation for the protection against exposure to tobacco smoke and its emissions applicable throughout the Mexican Republic as of January 15, 2023, we have declared that the facilities that make up Extended Suites are 100% smoke-free areas in accordance with the official provision. it is absolutely forbidden the consumption of tobacco and others in any of its modalities, within our facilities, so it is forbidden to consume even in your room or external areas of the property such as: windows, access doors, pool area, near air conditioners as well as extractors and distance of 10 meters from the periphery of installations.
We do this in full compliance with applicable federal legislation and under compliance with the relevant authorities.
