Extended Suites committed to implementing technologies to make it easier
lodging reservation, has implemented the reservation tool through
WhatsApp and with a secure payment line through Openpay.
The application of this tool is from November 16, 2023.
How to make a reservation through WhatsApp
The client contacts Extended Suites via WhatsApp, which will be attended to by an Executive.
The Executive will request data to make the reservation required by the client.
The data to request are:
• Location of accommodation
• Full name of the person (the person who makes the reservation must be the same
person who provides the promotional card information, as well as the
person who stays).
• Reservation days
• Requires invoice
• Data to make an invoice (current tax situation, contact email)
• Type of card with which the payment will be made (Debit and/or Credit). In case of being
credit, to be benefited for months without interest it must be VISA or MASTERCARD of
any banking institution.

Valid Promotion
Applicable for reservations in any of the locations where Extended has a presence

Confirmed reservations
Once the client makes their reservation via WhatsApp, and it is confirmed by the executive
of sales, a reservation confirmation link will be issued, which will be valid until a period

Reservation modification
All reservations can be modified with a minimum notice of 24 hours of your

Cancellations & Returns
• In case of canceling the reservation, there will be a period of maximum 72 hours after the
confirmation of your reservation without generating any penalty.
• If you request cancellation in less than 72 hours, you will be penalized by
full payment for the reserved rooms.

The 72 hour time begins to run once the reservation is confirmed with the

No Show
• If you do not present the first night of your reservation, the first night will be charged

Cancellation Requirements:

• Location

Refunds:
In the event that the end user is dissatisfied with the service provided and wishes
refund of your stay, you must meet the refund requirements and request it through
the same platform.
The refund will be made in the same payment method that was used. Refunds made to
credit cards are exclusively for purchases made with that same card. The times

Refund Requirements:
To request a refund of your reservation payment, the end user must:
• Be requested by the same person who made the reservation
• Be the same person who made the payment with the promotional card.
• One night will be charged for each reserved room
• Provide the cover of the account statement of the bank card used (showing
INTERBANK CLABE as well as the name of the person who made the reservation and
pay)
