Terms & Conditions

This paragraph describes the terms and conditions applicable to the use of the content, products and/or services of the Extended Family web site owned by Extended Suites S.A. de C.V.
In order to use the content, products and/or services of the website, the user must abide by these terms and conditions.

I. OBJECT

The purpose is to regulate the access and use of the content, products and/or services available to the general public in the domain https://www.extendedsuites.com.mx/es/
The owner reserves the right to make any type of modification to the website at any time and without prior notice, the user accepts these modifications.
Access to the website by the user is free and free of charge, the use of the content, products and/or services does not imply a subscription cost for the user.
The website admits access to persons of legal age and is not responsible for non-compliance with this.
The website is aimed at users residing in Mexico and complies with the legislation established in that country. If the user resides in another country and decides to access the website, will do so at own risk.
The administration of the website may be carried out by third parties, i.e. people other than the owner, without affecting these terms and conditions.

II. USER

The user's activity on the website, such as publications or comments, shall be subject to these terms and conditions. The user undertakes to use the content, products and/or services in a lawful manner, without violating morality or public order, refraining from any act that affects the rights of third parties or the operation of the website.
The user undertakes to provide truthful information on the website forms.

Access to the website does not imply a relationship between the user and the owner of the website.
The user declares that he/she is of legal age and has the legal capacity to abide by these terms and conditions.

III. ACCESS AND NAVIGATION ON THE WEBSITE

The owner does not guarantee the continuity and availability of the content, products and / or services on the website, will take actions to promote the proper functioning of the website without any responsibility.
The owner is not responsible for the software being free of errors that may cause damage to the software and/or hardware of the equipment from which the user accesses the website. Likewise, it shall not be liable for any damage caused by accessing and/or using the website.

IV. EXTENDED FAMILY ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS, MEMBERSHIP TYPES & BENEFITS

To be eligible for this benefit, the user must register through https://www.extendedsuites.com.mx in the Extended Family programme (Loyalty Plan) in which the following information is requested:
-Contain an email address and a Facebook or Google user name
-Provide your personal data such as name, company name (if applicable), invoicing data such as your current tax status certificate. The information provided is treated in accordance with the privacy notice.
-Once enrolled in the Loyalty Plan, you have the benefit of a 10% discount (applies to the rate shown on the website).
There are three types of memberships, namely:

Exceptions:

o Not applicable in the case of companies or groups that have an agreement.

Once registered, to be valid the benefit you must:
- Make the reservation online
- Membership plans are focused on providing benefits to guests who wish to join these plans.
- These plans are applicable at any of the 11 Extended Suites properties located in Mexico.
- Each time the level is upgraded, an automatic email will be sent to the guest informing them of the level change.
- Applies nights of stay at all Extended Suites locations.
- Upgrades between each membership, as long as the following are met:

The minimum nights requirement for the stated period of time. If not met within that period of time, the benefits are lost and the cycle or process of membership types begins again.

 The discount applies when payment is in a single exhibition without restriction of reservations to be able to count the first discount
 If the time requirements are not met, it will not be possible to advance to the next level.
 To be applicable with the promotion, it must be paid at the Hotel.
 Does not apply to interest free months or other promotions.
 The reservation can be modified or cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours prior to arrival.
 In case of not notifying before 24 hours of arrival, subsequent cancellations or no shows will be penalized with the first night of your reservation.
Benefits by membership type are as follows:
a) Extended Family Silver
• Night 61 is free,
• 12% additional discount on the reservation fee (based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites page),
• 2 pieces of 500 ml bottles of water
• 2 tokens**( tokens for use of laundry facilities)
• Early check in is at 02:00 pm (subject to availability of rooms on the property)
• Late check out is at 1:00 pm, (subject to availability of rooms on the property)

Please note:
 The bottles of water are per stay, on the seventh day of stay, cleaning will be carried out and the availability of bottles of water will be available again.
 The token provided is per stay, it corresponds to two tokens per stay.
 Early check in and late check out (subject to availability at the property).
 It is cumulative per booking, not per account.

b) Extended Family Golden
• Night 81 is free
• 15% additional discount on the booking fee (based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites page)
• 2 pieces of 500 ml bottles of water
• 2 tokens (tokens for use of the laundry room)
• Early check in is at 02:00 pm (subject to availability of rooms on the property)
• Late check out is at 1:00 pm, (subject to availability of rooms on the property)
• Cleaning twice every 7 days (1 Stay Clean plus the one corresponding to the 7th day of stay, does not apply for reservations of less than 7 days of stay).

 The token provided is per stay.
 Check in as well as check out (subject to availability at the property).
 Cumulative per booking, not per account.

c) Extended Family Platinum
• Night 101 is free
• 20% additional discount on booking fee (based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites page)
• 2 pieces of 500 ml bottles of water
• 2 tokens ** (tokens for laundry use)
• Early check in is at 02:00 pm (subject to availability of rooms on the property)
• Late check out is at 1:00 pm, (subject to availability of rooms on the property)
• Cleaning twice every 7 days (1 Stay Clean plus the one corresponding to the 7th day of stay, does not apply for reservations of less than 7 days of stay)
• Kitchen Kit with a 50% discount******

Please note:

(a) Bottles of water are per stay.
b) The token provided is per stay.
c) Both check in and check out are subject to availability at the property.
d) On the third day of your stay, the room will be stay clean.
e) e) Any kitchen kit can be purchased at a 50% discount. Applies one kit per stay.

Note: All these benefits are not cumulative. In the case of the free night, it is subject to property availability. The Rate Plan is based on the rate shown on the Extended Suites website.

V.- CANCELLATION OF THE LOYALTY SCHEME

The Loyalty Plan is cancelled in the following situations:

a) a) The customer requests cancellation via Whatsapp or email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx confirming the cancellation of the membership. Once the request is received, we will follow up with an executive within 24 hours confirming the cancellation.
b) b) When there is no reservation update from the guest within a period of 1 year from the day of registration to the loyalty plan. An executive will contact the customer informing about the cancellation prior to the cancellation in order to check with the customer if he/she is still interested in any of the memberships.
c) c) When the customer for any reason has violated any of the rules of the stay.

Note: Once a membership has been cancelled, the customer must begin the registration stage or request it via WhatsApp or email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx indicating interest in joining the loyalty plan. Once the information is received, an executive will contact you within 48 hours to provide personalised attention.

VI.- Customer service

The customer has the following support points:

a) On Site there are reception staff 24 hours a day, 7 days a week who can give attention, as well as receive comments on the service and facilities;
b) By WhatsApp from Monday to Friday from 08:00 hours to 18:00 hours where you will be attended by an executive to provide attention on questions about the loyalty plan, on the services provided or on any complaint or comment on the service.
c) By email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx to clarify reservations, as well as by email direccion@extendedsuites.com.mx in which attention is given within a period not exceeding 48 hours by the management to complaints or comments.

VII.- Rights and Obligations

Once the customer is enrolled in one of the memberships, will have the benefits indicated according to the type of membership.

It is worth mentioning that benefits such as Early Check In and Late Check Out are subject to availability on the site.

The customer must read the terms and conditions of the membership plan.

Once the customer is on site taking advantage of the benefits of the membership type, he/she must respect the rules of stay that are indicated on the registration form. In case of non-compliance with any of the rules of stay, we will proceed as indicated on the registration form.

VIII. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION POLICY

In accordance with the provisions of the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data in Possession of Individuals, the owner undertakes to take the necessary measures to ensure the security of the user, preventing the improper use of the personal data provided by the user on the website.

The owner shall verify that the personal data contained in the databases are correct, true and current, as well as that they are used only for the purpose for which they were collected.
The use of personal data will be limited to the provisions of the Privacy Notice available at https://www.extendedsuites.com.mx/es/politica-de-privacidad/.

Extended Suites reserves the right to make any changes to the Privacy Notice at any time and without prior notice, according to its needs or changes in the applicable legislation, the user accepts such modifications.

The website involves the use of cookies which are small amounts of information that are stored in the browser used by the user such as login details, user preferences, date and time the website is accessed, sites visited and IP address, this information is anonymous and will only be used to improve the website. Cookies make browsing easier and more user-friendly, however, the user can deactivate them at any time from their browser on the understanding that this may affect some functions of the website.

IX. LIAISON POLICY

The website may contain links to other internet sites belonging to third parties for which it is not responsible.

X. INTELLECTUAL AND INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY POLICY

The owner declares to have the intellectual and industrial property rights of the website, including images, audio or video files, logos, brands, colours, structures, typographies, designs and other elements that distinguish it, protected by Mexican and international legislation on intellectual and industrial property.

The user undertakes to respect the industrial and intellectual property rights of the owner and may view the elements of the website, store them, copy them and print them exclusively for personal use.

XI. APPLICABLE LAW AND JURISDICTION

The relationship between the user and the owner will be governed by the applicable laws in Mexico.
Extended Suites is not responsible for the improper use of the content, products and/or services of the website and the breach of these terms and conditions.
