TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF RESERVATION AND PAYMENT · EXTENDED SUITES

1. Agreement between USER and EXTENDED SUITES  

This document constitutes the legal agreement between USER and EXTENDED SUITES, operated by Estancias Extendidas, regarding the access, navigation, and use of the website www.extendedsuites.com.mx.

Use of the SITE implies full and unconditional acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. If the USER does not accept this Agreement, they should refrain from using the SITE.

EXTENDED SUITES may modify this Agreement at any time and without prior notice. The modifications will take effect upon their publication on the SITE.

2. Permitted use of the SITE  

The SITE is provided exclusively for informational and consultative purposes, relating to the services and locations of EXTENDED SUITES.  

The USER agrees to use the SITE solely for personal and lawful purposes, and is strictly prohibited:

EXTENDED SUITES may restrict, suspend, or cancel access to the SITE for any USER whose behavior violates this Agreement.

  • Trademarks

  • Graphic elements  
  • Databases  
  • Site architecture  
  • Code  
  • Audiovisual material  

Is protected by applicable Mexican and international legislation. It is prohibited:  

  • Reproduce  
  • Display  
  • Publish  
  • Redistribute  
  • Create derivative works  
  • Use for commercial purposes  
  • Alter or manipulate content  

without prior written authorization from EXTENDED SUITES. No implied license is granted by using the SITE.  

4. SITE content and accuracy of information  

EXTENDED SUITES makes reasonable efforts to keep the information up to date; however:  

  • Content may contain typographical errors or inaccuracies.  
  • Information may be modified at any time without prior notice.
  • It is not guaranteed that the content is complete, accurate, or error-free.  

The USER acknowledges that any decision based on the information of the SITE is at their own risk.  

5. Limitation of liability

The USER expressly agrees that the use of the SITE is at their own risk. EXTENDED SUITES will not be liable for direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, punitive, or special damages resulting from:  

  • Access or inability to access the SITE  
  • Use or reliance on the content  
  • Loss of information  
  • Viruses, technical failures, or service interruptions  
  • Transmission errors, power outages, or network failures  
  • Security breaches resulting from the negligence of the USER  

The SITE and its content are provided "AS IS," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, quality, or fitness for a particular purpose.  

6. SITE Security  

EXTENDED SUITES implements reasonable technical measures to maintain the security of the SITE; however:  

  • It does not guarantee that the SITE is free from viruses or harmful components.   
  • It does not ensure uninterrupted or fault-free operation.  
  • It does not assume responsibility for intrusions or unauthorized access resulting from the use of insecure connections, infected devices, or USER negligence.  

EXTENDED SUITES may temporarily or permanently block access to any USER who represents a cybersecurity or security risk.  

7. Delivery and use of information by the USER  

When the USER provides any type of information through the SITE (such as contact forms, comments, or requests), they declare and warrant that:

  • The information is truthful, accurate, and complete.  
  • It does not violate the rights of third parties, intellectual property, or applicable laws.  
  • It does not contain illegal, offensive, or harmful material.  

EXTENDED SUITES may:  

  • Use the information for administrative, statistical, or SITE improvement purposes.  
  • Monitor, review, and store transmissions or submissions made through the SITE.  
  • Deny access to the SITE when false, unlawful, or risky information is detected.

11. Applicable law and jurisdiction  

This Agreement will be governed by the laws of the United Mexican States. Any dispute will be resolved before the competent courts of the Mexican Republic. The USER acknowledges that they can contact the Federal Consumer Protection Agency (PROFECO) for conciliation procedures related to the use of the SITE.
