ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS, S.A. DE C.V., from now on "ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS", is domiciled at Av. Presidente Masaryk number 17, interior 201, Colonia Polanco Chapultepec, Miguel Hidalgo delegation, C.P. 11560 in Mexico, Mexico City. We inform you that the personal information of all our clients is treated with the utmost confidentiality. Therefore, you can feel completely safe knowing that when you use our services, we continuously work to safeguard and protect it.

"ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS" collects the following personal data necessary to comply with the purposes established in this Privacy Notice, depending on our relationship with you.

- II.- To confirm the information and documentation provided by the client
- III.- To process complaints and/or clarifications requests

- V.- To keep our records up to date to be able to respond to your inquiries
- VI.- To follow up our business relationship
- VII.- To comply with laws, regulations and other applicable legal provisions
- VIII.- To request evaluation and quality monitory of the service
- IX.- To carry out marketing, advertising and commercial prospecting activities
It is important to mention that the purposes of the subsections: I, II, III, IV, V, VI and VII originate and are necessary.
The purposes VIII and IX are not necessary, but they are important to evaluate and follow up the quality of our goods and/or services, and receive information about our services, so you have the right to oppose or revoke your consent so that “ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS” stops processing your personal data for these purposes, according to the procedure indicated in section IV or V of this Privacy Notice.

“ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS” informs you that if you wish to stop receiving marketing, advertising, recruitment, commercial prospecting messages, or if you do not wish to be contacted for conducting quality service surveys, you can enforce this right through the email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx likewise, we will respond to all your inquiries and comments about the processing of your personal data through this channel.
e) Request for access, rectification, cancellation, opposition of personal data (ARCO Rights) and revocation of consent
All personal data is treated according to the applicable and current legislation in the country, hence we inform you that at all times you have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, Oppose the treatment we give to them, as well as Revoke the consent granted for their processing; rights that you can enforce through the Contact Center area, as the area that “ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS” has designated for this purpose, or by sending an email to soporteweb@extendedsuites.com.mx to be provided with the ARCO Rights Application Form, which you must submit personally at the Responsible's address, attaching a copy of your official identification to prove your identity. The response to your ARCO Rights request will be sent to the email address you provided, within a timeframe of 20 working days from receipt of the request. Furthermore, we inform you that the right of access will be deemed fulfilled when the corresponding response is sent to the email address you have indicated.
The exercise of the ARCO Rights will be free, in any case, the owner must cover the costs of shipping, reproduction and/or certification of documents; however, if the owner exercises the same right within a period not longer than 12 months, the response will have a cost that will not exceed 3 days of the current minimum general salary in Mexico City.
In case of disagreement with the processing of your personal data, you can go to the IFAI.
