Presidente Masaryk number 17, interior 201, Colonia Polanco Chapultepec, delegation Miguel Hidalgo, C.P. 11560 in Mexico City, Mexico, informs you that the personal information of all our clients is treated in a strictly confidential manner, so you can feel fully secure that when acquiring our services, we make a permanent effort to safeguard and protect it.

"ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS" collects the following personal data that are necessary and applicable to fulfill the purposes established in this Privacy Notice, depending on the relationship we have with you.


b.1) Personal data collected in person through registration requests, previous interviews, or digital media:

  • Guest's signature
  • Contact phone number
  • Credit and/or debit card data
  • Email
  • Origin
  • INE or official identification
  • Tax status certificate

b.2) Personal data collected indirectly through transfers from third parties:

  • Personal identification data

It is informed that images and sounds captured through our closed circuit system will be used for your security.


c) Use of data


At "ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS" we have the philosophy of maintaining a close and active relationship with our clients. In terms of what is established by the Law and its Regulations, the personal data you provide us will be used for the following purposes:


  • Provide the client with lodging services
  • Confirm the information and documentation provided by the client
  • Process complaints and/or clarifications
  • Carry out collection actions
  • Keep our records updated to respond to your inquiries
  • Follow up on our commercial relationship
  • Comply with laws, regulations, and other applicable legal provisions
  • Request evaluation and quality monitoring of the service
  • Carry out marketing, advertising, and commercial prospecting activities

Purposes I to VII are necessary; VIII and IX are not, but they are important to evaluate quality and receive information about our services. You have the right to oppose or revoke your consent for these purposes, as indicated in section IV or V of this notice.


d) Options to limit the use or disclosure of your personal data


If you wish to stop receiving marketing messages, advertising, recruitment, or quality surveys, you can request it through the email contacto@extendedsuites.com.mx. Through this means, we will also address doubts and comments about the treatment of your personal data.


e) Request for access, rectification, cancellation, or opposition of personal data (ARCO Rights) and revocation of consent


You have the right to Access, Rectify, Cancel, or Oppose the treatment of your data, as well as revoke your consent. You can do so through the Contact Center area or by sending an email to soporteweb@extendedsuites.com.mx to request the ARCO Rights form.


You must present it along with a copy of your official identification. The response will be sent to the email you have provided within 20 business days.


The exercise of ARCO Rights is free; however, if the same right is exercised within 12 months, a cost may be applied that does not exceed three days of the current minimum wage in the Federal District.


If you do not agree with the treatment of your personal data, you can appeal to the IFAI.


f) Transfer of personal data without consent


Consent of the owner will not be required when the data is obtained, used, disclosed, or stored in accordance with the law, comes from public sources, there is a resolution from a competent authority, or is necessary to fulfill obligations arising from a legal relationship.


g) Transfers with consent


"ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS" may transfer personal identification data to third parties with whom it has a commercial relationship to conduct quality evaluations and follow-ups. If you do not want your data to be transferred, you can indicate it following the procedure set out in section IV or V.
