Furthermore, please be advised that images and sounds captured by video surveillance systems within our facilities will be used exclusively for security purposes.

IV. ARCO Rights and revocation of consent

You will be provided with the corresponding form, which must be submitted duly completed along with a copy of an official identification to prove your identity. A response will be issued within a maximum period of 20 business days from the receipt of the request.

The exercise of ARCO Rights is free of charge; costs may only be generated for shipping or reproduction expenses. In the case of repeated requests within a 12-month period, a fee may be charged that will not exceed the equivalent of three days of the current minimum wage.


V. Competent authority


If you consider that your right to the protection of personal data has been violated, you may appeal to the Secretariat of Anticorruption and Good Government (SABG).


VI. Transfers of personal data


a) Transfers without consent

Consent will not be required when the transfer is provided for by law, is necessary for the fulfillment of a legal relationship, derives from a resolution by a competent authority, or the data is found in public access sources.


b) Transfers with consent

ESTANCIAS EXTENDIDAS may transfer identification data to third parties with whom it maintains a commercial relationship, exclusively for purposes of service quality evaluation and follow-up. You may express your refusal in accordance with the ARCO Rights procedure.
