To be able to get in to your room, we recommend you check in after 3:00 P.M. of the day of your reservation. Remember that if for any reason your arrival at the hotel is later than that time, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. If your reservation is with the "Payment at the hotel" modality, it will be subject to cancellation if it is not paid at 3:00 p.m. (time of your check in). Check Out time is at 12:00 P.M.
Yes, we have free high-speed internet.
We have a deep clean service each seventh day, that's the Best price in the market!
But if you requiere, you could add the daily clean service with an extra cost.Parking is free for our guests for the duration of their stay.
We have more than 30 closed circuit cameras which are monitored all day, distributed throughout the hotel. Additionally, to access the different areas of the hotel and the rooms we use the latest generation proximity keys. We are connected with the authorities in each State with very fast response times.
The main purpose of our hotel is to provide a more eco friendly service. We have created a cleaning model that has been already implement for long time. Our model primarily focouse in the reduce the indiscriminate use of soaps and chemical, by replacing it with more eco friendly choices. We provide a recycling garbage system that helps to maintain and care for green areas and other hotel surroundings.

You need to present an official identification with a photo (only over 18 years old) and be the owner of the reservation.
The interest of keep having a consistent experience at any Extended Suites, pets are not allowed at Extended Suites with the exception of guide dog services.
